​STATE BOARD OF DIRECTORS GOVERNANCE AND POWERS


The legal governing body of the North Carolina Association ofFamily, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. (FCCLA) shall be the Board of Directors. The primary functions of the Board shall be to set policy relating to program and fiscal matters and to be responsible for sound management. The state adviser shall be the administrator of the organization. The Board receives and acts upon the recommendations of the state FCCLA adviser relative to the management of program and fiscal matters.
