Mandatory Online Star event summary Form for SLC & NLC!
Advisers, to attain the online summary submission form for each competitor and/or team for all events please follow the following steps:
1. Go to the FCCLA Portal
2. Click on Surveys (if you do not see the Survey button, scroll to the right and select the arrow drop down button to extend your window)
3. Select Competitive Events
4. Select STAR Events
5. The slide over to the right and select View/Continue Survey
6. Select the Blue Eye Symbol
7. Complete the survey and print 2 copies. One to turn into State and one to have for Nationals.
