District 4 State Officer
Allie Marsh, Vice President of Correspondence
DISTRICT 4 LEADERSHIP TEAM:
I am Allie Marsh, Vice President of Correspondence from West Bladen High, and I am honored to represent District 4.
District 4 is rich in attractions; if you’re into sports, stop by Pinehurst to play golf or visit Fayetteville to watch the Swampdogs hit a homerun or watch the FireAntz score in the Crown Coliseum. The Crown Coliseum hosts many other events, such as concerts and even a ComicCon. If you like to stop and smell the roses, you can take a break at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden. Fort Bragg is an installation of the United States Army and is the largest military base in the world, by population, with more than 50,000 active duty personnel. The base is located within Cumberland, Hoke, Harnett and Moore counties.
White Lake is an aquatic attraction, located in Bladen County and home of the Water Festival. Stop and meet local residents and visitors from all over the United States. Bladen County is also home to Smithfield Foods- the largest meat processing plant in the world.
Richmond County is well known for its history in racing because of the Rockingham Speedway which opened in 1965. Until 2005, this one-mile race track featured bi-annual NASCAR-sanctioned events in the Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series divisions.
Stop by and receive a warm welcome from District 4!
